Comment:

 Now, the machine is on my hand. I got it and did some test is below:
 First I fine that I can't read or write anything from Nand.
 Then I try use command "test /nandflash" on OFW and "nandtest" to test
 than it reports all blocks is bad block.

 I feel it is un-naturally, so I use "select nand" to get the issue, "BBT
 has uncorrectable errors Invalid ihandle".

 I think maybe BBT lost oneself or had wrong.

 In order to modify the machine so I do the command "scrub" to build a BBT.
 (Uh ~ sorry, I know it is not true but I don't know another way to build
 BBT )

 After I do cafe test and nand flash test.

 Cafe chip is ok. Nandflash just has two bad blocks and two block which is
 set BBT.

 Now, the machine can naturally work at the lately image.
