 hpachas tells us on IRC that he upgraded to build542, and now sees
 everything in English instead of Spanish.  Mitch confirmed that the
 manufacturing data is correct; if there is a bug, it is in the build.

 hpachas isn't fluent in English, so it would be easiest for us to work on
 this/try to reproduce ourselves at 1cc first, with a Spanish XO.
