 I think we should refactor Eduardo implementation into an activity. It
 should connect exclusively/automatically to the support channel and be
 named accordingly.

 Depending on how much visibility we want to give to the feature it could
 be accessible from the frame or just from the Journal. (My feeling is that
 it should *not* be on the frame but I don't know enough about the field
 support plans...).
