Comment:

 This patch allow to add/remove the battery icon in the sugar shell when
 it's present or absent

 About the remaining time for the battery info, IIRC marco says that we're
 waiting for a OHM implementation, for now if Eben and Marco are agree with
 implement a temporal solution I can write it.
