 When you are sharing with everyone, there should be a way to publish your
 work in a way that is persistently world-readable.

 A simple implementation:store copies of globally shared materials in a
 public html directory on the XO, and aggregate them to the nearest school
 server.

 We could define this directory on the school server, and set up apache so
 that it allocates a subdirectory for each user... then populate those
 directories on backup with html indexes and material that has been shared
 with everyone.
