 Now the laptop is not only not showing the Journal but the whole Sugar. I
 asked for help at the #olpc ICR channel, and the last recommendation was
 to do a clean install of 542. I don't see Sugar anymore, only an xterminal
 with a miniature bash-3.2$, and and xclock with the very wrong time :(

 I used to get something like with the Journal:
