 Mauro (the V4L maintainer) is not entirely in agreement with that.  He is,
 however, not absolutely opposed to merging a proper implementation, so we
 could do that.

 Then it's a matter of seeing what else has changed in gstreamer, since the
 driver has not really changed.  I will try to look into it when I get a
 chance.

 problem, since it shows up from VTs.

 It's not really a "driver problem" - that message is just telling you that
 data was overwritten because nobody read it in time.  You'll see it if the
 system gets sufficiently slow that the application reading frames falls
 behind.  I could "fix" it by silently dropping the frames instead, but I
 don't think that would help a whole lot.
