Comment:

 Ok here is my patch, there is a wrong behaviour when clicking on an item
 on the second screen. The adjustment object of the viewport receives a
 changed signal causing the tray to jump back on the first page. The
 adjustment.value is then the number of the position of the last element on
 the second page (2 items a 75px each = 150). The upper and lower values
 stay the same. Using the palette to start the activity works.
