 Latest images are booting with networking on VMWare (#917), but no sound.
 Seems that the VMWare virtual sound card is reported by lspci as an:

 Ensoniq ES1371 [AudioPCI-97] (rev 02).

 If we can get that driver added to the devel image kernel builds it would
 be helpful.
