 Title says it all.  I've assigned multiple tickets to simon instead of
 Simon already.  Also, all the capitalized names all appear at the top of
 the list, making it hard to find anyone since I have to search twice.  Oh,
 and I can't "jump to" elements in an excessively long popup list by typing
 the corresponding letter, since that's not case sensitive and always jumps
 me halfway down the list when I press 'b' anyway.
