 I could reproduce it on one of Walter's B4 laptops.

 I *think* I triggered it by exercising some pressure on the
 touchpad to get input from both pads at the same time.

 Once the bug is triggered, gliding on the capacitive pad
 results in a jumping cursor (although not as reliable as
 in the movie).

 I couldn't reproduce it on other laptops.  Could anyone
 confirm or deny my finding?
