 I think I'd prefer it to overlap just slightly more, so it feels a bit
 more connected.  Perhaps if the center of the badge was centered on the
 corner of the battery?  Also, we actually hope that the badges can be
 drawn actual size (The badges in the mesh are actually 25px square
 themselves).  Try it without adding any scaling at all to the badge and
 we'll see what we get; it looks OK in Illustrator at my end.
