For both schools and for our testing here, anytime an XO becomes an MPP,
we have all sorts of problems with collaboration.
After a good discussion with Wad, Scott, Kim, and Michail, we have decided
we need to tame the automatic nature of the MPP. Specifically, any XO that
boots up seeing a mesh, should not create a mesh portal. So if a child
clicks on the AP icon, if that XO sees a mesh, it can disconnect and
connect to the AP, but it will NOT create a mesh point.
Also, if an XO gets a wired ethernet connection through the USB, if it
sees a mesh, it will NOT create an MPP.
