Comment:

 OK, thanks. I updated the "Creating a content bundle" page on the wiki a
 bit to match the way you're building the bundles (top-level directory name
 *does not* have ".xol" at the end like in example), and to clarify that
 having everything under a single top-level directory is mandatory.

 (Actual installation stuff is back at bug #2856 again)
