#2970: Browser freeze then laptop slow

 I went to a web page and it only loaded two advertisements at the top of
 the page.  One was of a cartoon car which went to the next frame around
 every 8 seconds.  It wouldn't load the page any further and it took a long
 time to go to and from the xo home screen (Around 40 seconds.)  I switched
 back and forth around 4 times and then loaded a new browser screen.
 Nothing happened except the icon flashing for around a minute and then the
 screen went grey.  Nothing further happened until I pressed the home
 button and then it took 2 minutes for that to load.  After that the screen
 was extremely sluggish and I was forced to press the power button to do a
 hard shutdown.  I then turned it back on and for some reason it stayed on
 the white firmware screen for around two minutes before proceeding.  The
 boot-up process was also slower than usual.  I then shutdown to see if it
 would go back to normal and while it was quicker (20 seconds at the white
 screen with the four icons) it was still slower than usual.  (Was 45
 seconds at the white firmware screen when I powered it on the third time)
