Comment:

 Heh, are we turning the dev console into a kitchen sink? ;)

 The developer console has (or rather had...) a well defined role. It
 should provide tools for sugar and activities development. I don't see how
 an irc client fits into this.

 Furthermore I think the console should just provide *informations* about
 the system (logs etc). The tools, even the development related ones, would
 better implemented as activities (the terminal was probably a mistake in
 this respect).

 I think we should refactor the code into an activity bundles which people
 can install if they need it.

 Eben, I think we should define a bit (not necessarily at the visual level
 yet) the console design to push the development in the right direction.
