 It's really the insensitive state that's of more concern anyway.  It
 doesn't make sense to specify an icon if we're going to butcher it with
 some filter anyway.  It's certainly not the end of the world (maybe even a
 benefit?) if we require the pressed state to always look the same, with
 the rounded gray rect.

 I'll make one more comment on the pressed state....is there support in GTK
 for the difference between pressed and selected?  If there is, I'm going
 to suggest a slight variation in the gray used for these two states, so
 that you can notice the difference.  I'd probably make the press slightly
 darker gray than the selected state.
