 The option menus embedded inside palettes should come to the very edges of
 the palette on the left/right sides.  Right now, there are several pixels
 of black space between the gray option menu highlight and the edge of the
 palette.  Refer to the spec in #2006 for a visual representation of the
 correct appearance.
