 The spec for handheld mode explicitly states that we don't want the
 cursor. It both removes the distraction (and prevents it from sitting in
 front of text if you didn't remember to move it out of the way before
 entering handheld mode, which is silly), and prevents it from implying
 that there is a way to move it in via the game keys.  This should be a
 Sugar level override.

 I assume this is a relatively easy thing to fix, and whatever the case, we
 should do this ASAP.  This ticket is referenced by #2613 and #2770 as
 well.
