 This can happen, yes. Its the Csound equivalent of a "stuck MIDI note".
 Usually hitting the ringing note will make it stop. This is a very
 difficult problem to eliminate entirely specially when the keyboard is
 subject to abusive playing. We have thought of adding an "unstick"
 function in the interface to alleviate this if it becomes truly annoying.
