Comment:

 It is harmless and as noted in bert's reply because ConsoleKit has a
 policy tied to the gdm group.  Editing the ConsoleKit package is a bit
 overkill.  We could create a gdm group - extra unneeded group doesn't sit
 right with me.  Or we could post process the config file which means we
 need to keep on top of any changes.  It is more annoying than anything.
 I'll talk to upstream Fedora to see what their take is.  Other than that
 it doesn't require any immediate actions.
