Comment:

 I implemented scrubbing based on palette groups. By default all palettes
 in a process (activity instance, shell) are part of the default group, but
 it's possible to change the group explicitly.

 We might want to make default groups smarter at some point (like having
 all the items in a toolbar in a group etc..) but it's quite complicated
 and I'm not sure it's necessary. Let's see if the current implementation
 works well enough.
