 On a B4 q2c24 build 542,
 the battery indicator said 92% and "Charging", while running on battery.
 And remained unchanged for hours.

 Then later, during charging, the icon showed 'very little charge', and
 seemed to remain unchanged for more than an hour.  But when the laptop was
 unplugged, and it jumped to 33%.
