 1) John has registered "application/vnd.olpc-sugar" with IANA
 (http://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/application/vnd.olpc-sugar).
 However, we are currently using "application/vnd.olpc-x-sugar" (which is
 "illegal" in that it's neither registered nor does its subtype start with
 "x-"). Should we change this? I think we can tweak the sugar.xml mime file
 so that vnd.olpc-x-sugar is still recognized as an obsolete alias.

 2) There is no MIME type (registered or not) for content bundles.
 Presumably we should register one for them too? John, do you want to do
 this since you're already in the system? I guess "application/vnd.olpc-
 content"?
