 I am adding numpy to the next build.  Here is a patch to make sugar take
 advantage of it at startup.  If you have any big arrays anywhere else I
 suggest using numpy also.  The rest of my performance work points to 3
 seconds in D-Bus blocking calls plus any proxy creations in the import
 statements which is the time before we start the window manager which I am
 not profiling just yet since it is harder to profile imports.
