 Allow the user to turn off the "GOT IT!" feature, which inteprets a drop
 on any project-view icon as a request for a copy of the dropped object to
 be added to the world of the project represented by the project-view icon.

 The "GOT IT!" feature can be very useful, but it also can kick in quite
 unintentionally when the user repositioning an item in a project happens
 to let go of it over a project-view icon.  By making the project-view
 simply obey its own dropEnabled flag (which we would initialize to true,
 yes?), we would give a project author the ability to protect himself and
 his project's users from such accidents.
