Comment:

 Here's a patch. It doesn't do much error checking (eg, it will crash if
 your activity.info doesn't have a "name" key), but that matches the
 existing bundlebuilder code. (eg, "release" will crash if you don't have
 an activity_version key).

 Several of the activities have a toolbar that has the same name as the
 activity itself. (Eg, "Journal", "Browse"). I added code to make sure
 those duplicate strings get properly merged in the po files, but maybe the
 right fix is to use a context string to differentiate them instead, so we
 can have different translations for those two cases in some languages?
