 The two color-pickers put up as part of the "make graph paper" interaction
 available from the playfield-options menu of a pasteup-morph are of the
 old and inappropriate "mvc" sort, and they are improperly positioned such
 that they overlap the sugar nav bar.  Put up proper pickers instead,
 properly positioned
