#2865: Blinking circle representing mesh is not drawn accurately as it blinks

B1, build 542. In the network view, the mesh circle blinks (and there's
no obvious way to get it to shut up, even if no other OLPCs are nearby).
Mine happens to be purple with a reddish-brown circle around it. It
blinks by drawing white over the reddish-brown. But it misses two
portions of the reddish-brown: the very top of the circle, and the very
left-edge of the circle. Both of these missed portions have a straight
line toward the center of the circle, and a curved portion on the outer
 side.

Oh my! As I was typing this, the colors reversed! Now it correctly draws
the white circle, but incorrectly draws the reddish-brown, leaving the
circle "squashed" on the top and left by the incorrectly-remaining white
 color.

Don't know if this is a sugar problem or a graphics drawing problem on the
 GX.
