#2854: Automounting of Flash Drives is using atime

Since the recent builds (e.g. 539), the system now automounts flash
drives, and that's good as it will help children manage their files much
easier.
What's not good, however, is to mount a flash drive without the noatime
flag, as it's currently happening. As I am sure most people know, flash
media has support for a limited amount of writes, and when the system
(through atime) writes to the media inodes every time a single file is
accessed, it's another available write burned.
Shouldn't be hard to fix. I think it was more of a lapse than anything.
