#2827: in sugar-jhbuild, sometimes the frame stops appearing on mouse-on-corners

 I use Kubuntu Feisty Fawn, and have built a scratch sugar-jhbuild
 yesterday, but this also happened since in previous installations of it
 the last weeks.
 When using Sugar, many times the 4 corners stop opening the frame. This
 happens in different occasions, and in various zoom levels. Only if I use
 alt+f to bring the frame, or alt+0 to bring the developer console, do the
 corners start working again.
