 The fix for #2668 ("Activity icons in frame should be outlines only")
 makes the write icon show up incorrectly in the frame now; you can see the
 edge of the paper through the pencil.

 The attached patch fixes the icon by removing the segment of the paper
 edge that is behind the pencil.

 Eben, cc:ing you because maybe the HIG should warn about this situation in
 the section on inactive icons?
