 Some activities need not, nor should they be sharable on the mesh.

 The workaround right now is for the activity to not share any data... but
 the sharing buttons lead to the expectation that ''something'' should be
 shared, and that something is broken.  It might be better to allow
 activities that don't share not present the gui widgets to share.

 How can activity authors remove the sharing option in the activity
 toolbar?
