 List view:

  - Rename Entry toolbar tab to Manage

 right?)
  - Put star inside the entry
  - Reorder elements inside the entry
  - Show progress inside entries: #2555
  - Put resume button inside the entry (Eben: what about entries that can
 be opened by multiple activities?)
  - Implement spec'ed relative dates: #2044
  - Put search icon inside the search text entry: #2167
  - Implement multiple selection
  - Change bg and border colors of entries (Eben: could you spec when we
have to use each of the three tones of grey?)
  - Display the buddies that participated on the activity. Depends on #1901
  - Allow filtering by buddy: #1900
  - Take out the copy to clipboard button (Eben: so only works dnd for
 passing entries to the clipboard?)

 Detail view:

  - Remove toolbar
  - Show versions on the right. Depends on versioning support in the DS.
  - Add an editable description field.
  - Add an editable tags field.
  - Show buddies
  - Put resume button inside the bar in the top (Eben: what about entries
that can be opened in multiple activities?)
  - Match design of Back and Resume buttons (Eben: should I use instead
buttons like the ones in the HIG:
  - Add vertical scrollbar
