 These are misses that aren't anywhere near a suspend/resume cycle.
 Something here (the stress of the camera DMA?) is causing us to miss our
 DCONLOAD window.  It's not as simple as stress from the camera, though,
 because it only starts happening after resume.

 Reassigning to kernel/dilinger.  Revert if you disagree.
