 Thats not policy that the driver should enforce.  The Xv driver won't
 crash when the screen is rotated while Xv is running - it will just stop
 rendering.  This is the correct behavior for the driver.   It is the GUI
 that should refuse to rotate when the video is running.

 Please verify that the Xv driver does stop rendering when the screen is
 rotated.
