Comment:

 I think this is not quite what we want yet. I need some clarifications
 from Eben to be able to suggest a design though.

 Eben, the spec of the activities case is pretty clear... I'd like to
 already implement this as a Tray control though, so I need to understand
 what we will need there. Some questions:

  * Which controls will be hosted inside a tray? A subset of those hosted
 inside a Toolbar?
  * Do you think it make sense to just reuse/extend the Toolbar control for
 this? (Toolbar is each box of buttons inside a Toolbox which is the
 control with tabs etc).
  * Can you describe the differences between a Toolbar and a Tray (other
 than the ability to scroll)
  * As far as I can tell from the design some trays will host objects and
 will need to support high level features like object dnd. Others, like the
 activity, will be plain graphical controls. My gut feeling is that we
 should have a plain Tray control and an ObjectTray which subclass it and
 provide integration with the object system. Make sense?
