 I had the record activity open for around 10 seconds and then shut it.  I
 then left the laptop for around 5 minutes.  When I returned I opened
 Browse.  This caused the image that had been in front of the activity when
 it was shut to be displayed.  It was in the top right hand side on the
 screen and was the size of the non full screen camera picture.  Nothing
 would remove this image.  The camera light remained constantly on and
 ctrl+alt+backspace stopped working (All the other keys were working during
 this time
 ).  This has never happened before, though the video has often remained in
 the right hand side position of the screen for around 10-20 seconds after
 record has been closed.
