 The patch doesn't seem to pushed. Can you explain why you think it's doing
 the correct thing?

 Anyway I tested it and it doesn't fully fix the issues. You can reproduce
 it with the Home XO palette. The first time the border around the tooltip
 (primary state) is drawn correctly, but if you bring up the palette one
 more time you will see a gap at the bottom. It looks like after the menu
 is showed the first time it start to screw up things even when it's hidden
 (?!)

 I had seen problems like this before your patch and I *think* removing the
 menu from the palette for primary state and readding it for secondary was
 fixing them. Though that sort of suck, I would like to understand what is
 going on...

 (Better not push patches until the problem is fully fixed)
