 Poll builder now uses the Sugar Journal, but this has the side effect that
 if you open Poll builder from the frame a subsequent time instead of the
 journal, you won't see your saved Polls, just the default poll.

 Work is in progress between the Sugar and Security developers to provide
 "Activity write space" which will be file storage space, always available
 whether you launch from the frame or the journal - so I will change the
 Journal storage to use that system when it is available to reduce
 confusion.

 This is likely to be available for Trial 3.
