 We splitted the C funcs used in sugar in two modules: _sugarext and
 _sugaruiext. This was meant to allow for non-ui processes in sugar to use
 some funcs while not dragging in the full gtk libs as that increases
 considerably the memory consumption.

 We are still linking the _sugarext module against the gtk libs, so we are
 not saving yet the expected amount of memory.
