Comment:

 Eben, what is going on with tabs? I think it was discussed at the design
 meetings but I'm not sure of the outcome. Also the web activity plan for
 Trial-3 which Tomeu posted after discussion with Pentagram doesn't include
 real tabs.

 I tend to think this should just be punted to Gen2. Blocking by default
 sounds like a good solution for the time being.
