Comment:

 Right now I don't have a battery in at all, and my machine is still
 telling me that the battery is fully charged.  This brings up the issue of
 what to do when there is no battery.  I vote for simply removing the
 battery icon from the Home screen when there isn't one installed.

 In any case, we at least need to get the battery feedback correct in the
 near term.
