 Yep, looking at /sys/class/usb_host/ust_host2/registers, which is the OHCI
 companion, intrstatus is 0x40 (RHSC) and intrenable is 0.

 So, OHCI interrupts are not getting enabled after resume, causing all USB
 1.1 devices directly connected to the ports to stop working.

 We should fix this.

 I can drag the before and after suspend file contents and dmesg output off
 the laptop if it would be handy.
