Comment:

 I personally think that the absence of the activity in the ring will be
 enough.  Messages such as "The activity failed to start" are useless, as
 they don't provide any useful information.  On the other hand, any useful
 information we could offer would be technical and is not something we
 should feel the need to expose anyway (Since it's not useful to the
 average kid).  If a kid really wants to find out why his activity crashed,
 we should make use of the log viewer/terminal.
