 Well, I don't think we actually know anything more than "dbus error" for
 sure. And nothing uses it currently anyway... if we end up with a UI where
 it would be displayed, we can try doing a better job of figuring out what
 to say. :)

 Reassigning to Eben to decide if the shell should do something in this
 case. (Currently, if an activity fails to launch it just silently
 disappears from the ring.)
