 The 'server' key should be named 'jabberserver' and 'registered' should be
 'jabberregistered' (or some such).  Otherwise people get confused and
 think that the jabberserver key refers to the schoolserver (which it may
 be, or may not be), and that 'registered' refers to schoolserver
 registration (which is a separate step and happens before jabber
 registration).  Currently we can tell whether schoolserver registration
 has occurred by looking at the key 'backup1' -- we should probably add an
 explicit method to sugar.profile to abstract this.  Method names in
 sugar.profile need to change as well.
