 This sounds good. They should be appended to the end of the list.  Though
 I'm generally against automatically putting icons in the Dock (OSX), Bar,
 or Desktop (Windows), I think that on our platform it simplifies matters
 if we just place them there implicitly (assuming the activity bundle
 requests it), since it is the primary way of accessing them.  They can
 always be easily removed if they aren't wanted.
