 This would be a good place to indicate a trusted https host. Note that a
 host with defective https credentials should look like a plain http host
 instead of pestering the user with useless warnings and dialog boxes.

 School server identification might best be done by recognizing a known
 certificate, though this does mean serving the pages with https.
