 Booting XO with SD card inserted doesn't make the card show up in the
 Journal.

 Also, removing the SD card with the Journal running, and then re-inserting
 it, also doesn't make it show up in the Journal.

 B1 system, Q2C22 firmware, Build 542.  A-Data brand 2 GB SD card.

 Before removing the card, "mount" showed that it was not mounted.  (A USB
 stick was mounted at the time, and showed properly in mount's output.)

 When I removed the card, the kernel messages showed "PM: Removing info for
 mmc:mmc0:b368".
 No kernel messages apepared when I re-inserted the card about five seconds
 later.

 I tried removing and re-inserting again, leaving about 20 seconds between.
 Still the system does not notice the card.
